Common Ground was founded in the immediate aftermath of Hurrican Katrina. It is a relief organization which led the drive to gut and clean destroyed homes and now is helping rebuild the Lower Ninth Ward. Mike visited on the three year anniversary of Katrina to investigate what progress has been made.
